Robert Elrick , at the age of 14 he started learned bass guitar, he had studied at Berklee after completing college in 1992 he continued his career as a professional musician. In 1992 Elrick began work on the prototype instrument that would become the first Elrick Bass Guitar. In July 1993, the first Elrick Basses premiered at NAMM Summer in Nashville, Tennessee, all US Series instruments are still individually handcrafted and handmade by Robert Elrick.
To commemorate our 25th anniversary, Elrick Bass Guitars, Ltd. is excited present it’s first limited edition instrument. Limited to an edition of not more than 10 instruments, these bass guitars incorporate many of our most popular features and primary wood selections.
Elrick 25th Anniversary Series Bass have features a body of Swamp Ash with an Alder heel-block. The 9-piece neck is constructed of figured maple, cherry, walnut and purpleheart, a 24 fret (plus zero fret) birdseye maple fretboard and features a 35” scale. This Anniversary Series bass features a 2-way truss rods, custom Elrick bridge, Hipshot hardware, Dunlop straploks, Aero dual coil pickups with matching Buckeye Burl pickup covers and 3-band Bartolini active or passive preamp.
